The Story
I think slow motion drone shots are awesome! I really enjoy shooting aerial footage through a dense forest, or alongside a creek in slow motion, with droplets of water drifting through the air effortlessly. Noons Creek and some of the local parks are my favorite places to shoot drone footage when I don’t have a lot of time, or need to stay close to home. For some reason DJI didn’t include their Tripod Mode with the Mavic 3, which made consistent, slow drifting, drone shots a bit of a challenge, but overall I was still quite happy with the imagery produced by this drone. The ability to shoot Log footage with the Mavic 3 was a great bonus too, allowing for more latitude during color correction.
